Our Guarantee

There's nothing worse than a cumbersome return process. That's why we do everything we can to ensure that your questions and concerns are answered before order placement. We want you to love your garments just as much as we love crafting them for you. Therefore, we ship our products in dignity condition — never worn or torn. If products are damaged during shipping, contact us and we will gladly resolve the issue. Although our returns policy is "exchange on size" only, we guarantee you that our customer service team will happily and willingly make the process easy as pie. 

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for up to 14 business days after the order delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be: unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and returned to us in the original packaging. Within 14 business days after the order delivery date, complete the return form below. Include the following in the message box below:

  • order number
  • original size ordered
  • exchange size needed

Shipping
If you exchange an item, we will ship your new item free of charge. At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs. However, you never have to pay shipping cost for ordering your new, exchanged item. We've got you covered. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged or returned item.  

 

Refunds
Refunds are processed when and if the item that you wanted to exchange is sold out or no longer available. Your refund will include the cost you paid for the item and the cost you paid for shipping. If you are approved for a return, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within an average of 7-10 business days.


Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lotusloveundergroundmob.com.


Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
